A Verdeo assignment starts by setting out with you your traceability requirements, the nature and organisation of your projects, how far your stakeholders are involved, the structure of your data and your project monitoring practice.

We then build, together with your teams, the “target” monitoring architecture, the indicators that are useful, the data collection channels and the reporting expected. CreoBoard then comes in to make your optimised, shared monitoring last and take concrete form.

CreoBoard is not the starting point of a Verdeo assignment. It becomes the living representation of the architecture defined with your teams: projects, indicators, contributors, documents, dashboards and reporting.
